Since then I have engaged in learning skills and knowledge to use Permaculture as a tool. Learning about sustainable food, shelter, energy and waste. At the moment I am concentrating on sustainable farming. Between 2001-2004 I studied Biodynamic farming in Emerson College, UK. I have been teaching Permaculture intro courses in Israel and in the UK. I taught one PDC with Steve Charter in East Sussex. Recently I completed a masters degree in Environmental and Energy Studies in CAT. Now, I work as a teacher at the Biodynamic Agricultural College in Forest Row, East Sussex. From 2012-2020 I worked as a garden manager and farm director at Old Plawhatch Farm in Sussex. Currently I work at Plumpton College as an assistant curriculum manager for horticulture.
