Concerns and Complaints
We welcome feedback on our systems. If you have a concern or have come across something that isn't working please let us know by contacting the office.
If you feel your concern has not been addressed and you are a member of the Permaculture Association, or are using or have used our services, you can register a formal complaint.
Please send us a clear and concise written complaint, detailing the main issues and any other relevant information.
