Voted WCVA green volunteer of the year 2013 I have succesfully entered into the realm of paid work following my passions of sustainability and food.
Through my work with the community I was awarded an UnLtd award to support turning my passions into a social Enterprise which have been further supported by RCMA social enterprise ltd who allowed me to pilot the ideas under them.

Member of Orchard Cardiff and a lead on apple preservation methods: jams and dehydration (not cider :-( thats someone else)We harvest and distribute excess fruit around the city. All 1st fruit gets packaged and passed to Fareshare a charity redistributing excess foods to those that need it. All 2nds and 3rds get preserved or cooked somehow.
