Charlotte Synge

I have a background in science with a degree in Environmental Biology and HNC in Microbiology. I am also a qualified Garden Designer and completed the Permaculture Design Certificate in 2013. Since then, while doing the Diploma in Permaculture, I have been using my knowledge and skills to enable the start, design and continued running of Empty Common Community Garden, Cambridge plus the creation of an edible nature reserve on close to six acres of land in Norfolk. I gained the L3 Award in Education and Training and a Certificate in Distance Tutoring which have been useful for the running of workshops and distance tutoring of a Diploma in Horticulture. I am involved with various activist groups as I feel we have to speak up, as well as work, for the planet's well-being.
I run a land design company called Verdant Earth.
