A small education centre within a family home for children/families to learn the basics of permaculture and enjoy the nature reserves/community orchard
World Garden Schools

This project was set up as a 'living book' to bring to life "Handbook for Budding Little Gardeners - Complete Guide to Container Gardening for Children", which is the textbook for World Garden Schools (www.worldgardenschools.org).

Thus, it is the physical home for World Garden Schools, which have members in four different countries - please visit the website for details of our ethos, events and activities.

We occasionally seek volunteers (though not at present - please email for future dates). We regularly run a Community Free Table to share our produce and spread the permaculture message. We don't charge admission fees as this site is not run for profit - rather, it is to support an ideology and a community.

If you would like visits, how should people arrange their visit?
