Edibles

'Edibles' is a no dig, no chemicals permaculture smallholding and market garden in the Colne Valley, near Huddersfield in the South Pennines run by Steve and Rosie who also live on site. We currently supply veg direct to customers, to local veg boxes and 2 local restaurants.
 
Our rented 7 acres comprise allotment scale veg growing, field scale veg production, polytunnels, forest gardens, wildflower meadows, cob oven and the wonderful converted Cowshed to host meetings, events and gigs. We have plenty camping space and a self contained flat for volunteers.
