Ambassador local gatherings celebrate permaculture

During Spring our amazing Ambassadors ran local gatherings across the UK, from Plymouth in Devon to the Isle of Skye in Scotland. The aim was to spread the word about permaculture more widely within our own communities.

As we had limited funds available and submissions were all excellent, it was a difficult selection process to narrow it down to the final seven. Each group received up to £350 each to run their events. Below is a summary of some of those.

7 tips to help get unstuck with your Diploma

I finally held my Diploma Accreditation in December 2018, having done a Permaculture Design Course in 2010 – so much for my initial plan of completing my diploma in two years!  At times, I felt as if I was wading through treacle, at times I honestly forgot about the diploma. At times I felt fed up about having to write up designs that I’d already completed, but hadn’t written up at the time.
