There are thousands more people in the permaculture network in Britain and millions more across the world! Reducing ecological footprints, building social capital and enhancing local economies. 21 Sept 2019, European Day of Sustainable CommunitiesThe national permaculture convergence is part of the celebrations for the European Day of Sustainable Communities 2019 - a celebration of local communities taking action for a zero-carbon, regenerative and inclusive Europe. All communities and citizens who are taking action in the face of ecological and climate breakdown are invited to become co-creators.
