Biochar - Making it in the wood stove AND heating our home

After 3 years with this system it feels like its worth sharing our work flow with charcoal making in our woodstove. So far so good, with a few hundred sessions made.
We use hotel pans, stainless steel type.
Tons of options out there. We found some that fit in the woodstove with a little room to put wood below and around. With three sets we can be making charcoal, having the next one drying and preheating near the stove, and one cooling in the garage. If I focus on it for a day, I can make about 10 gallons of excellent quality charcoal per day while heating our home on about 50% less firewood... Its pretty wonderful!
