A project that creates and maintains growing spaces for food wildlife and the community We tend the community plots at West House Community Garden, where we run an open session every Monday morning. We are developing and maintaining a range of projects at the Kymin Community Gardens, with the Friends of the Kymin, including a community orchard, meadow, tiny food forest and wild food garden. We run regular events, activities and workshops around the themes of local food, food growing and climate action. We work with other local groups and welcome volunteers. We are a Gwyrddio Penarth Greening (GPG) growing project that emerged from a community-wide event held in January 2020 to gather ideas on how Penarth could take action locally to tackle the climate and nature crisis. GPG is a registered charity no. 1198141 If you would like visits, how should people arrange their visit? Send us an email if you would like to visit Sustainable transport options Trains and buses bring you to the centre of Penarth, from which our sites are just a short walk.
