The convergence 2012 is from 24th - 26th August 2012. It is a popular event and always fully booked. Cancellations Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your ticket booking for the convergence. To cancel camping at Coed Hills please contact them direct. Contact details are on their website at www.coedhills.co.uk To cancel B&B accommodation please contact the owners direct and negotiate any refund with them. Refunds Tickets: We are able to offer a refund for cancellations requested up to and including 6th July 2012. This allows time for people who may not have been able to get a ticket originally, to organise their lives so they can come to the convergence. It also helps the staff and volunteer teams to manage their workload and give clear information to caterers and others involved with the convergence. An admin charge of £10 per adult ticket and £5 per kids ticket will be deducted from from the refund. We are not able to offer refunds for tickets after 6th July 2012. Camping at Coed Hills: If you cancel your camping booking at Coed Hills a proportion of your payment may be refundable, after the event. This will depend on whether Coed Hills is able to cover their costs. Please let us know if you have cancelled your booking and we will consider requests after the event has closed. We do not guarantee that you will receive a refund. An admin charge of £2 will be deducted from any refund.
