The Board of Trustees usually meet four times a year, with teleconferences between face to face meetings.
Meeting dates are set after the AGM.
Meetings are usually held over a full weekend. An initial meal on the Friday night allows trustees to catch up and socialise. The formal meeting is then held on Saturday and Sunday and run in a very focussed manner!
