About the Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The AGM is our opportunity to review the last year, report on activities and outline what we will be doing in the next 2-3 years. Reports are given by members of staff, Trustees and key volunteers.

Proposals to the AGM can be made by any member, as long as they are received by the Secretary at least 28 days before the date of the AGM.

Nominations for the Board of Trustees must be received 28 days before the event. Details are usually published in the newsletter preceding the AGM and further information is available from the office.
