Right from the start Permaculture has been principles-based. Bill Mollison and David Holmgren have given us 3 sets of the Permaculture Principles (below). Today Permaculturalists refer to these principles all the time, for inspiration with their designs. These principles are at the heart of all Permaculture teaching.
