Earthed Up! is a workers cooperative based in Belper, Derbyshire. We grow a our own edible and useful plants, without harmful chemicals, peat free. We sell Soil Health products and run courses.
We need 2 new workers, who will be invited to be members, hence directors. We are collectively managed. These 2 new roles will join Ryan Sandford-Blackburn, who is a founding member and working in all areas of the organisation.
One role will focus on Soil Health, the other on sales and marketing.
