We have ‘wish list’ of things required and are confident that most things can be found with our own brilliant network. Please read below to see if you can help us make this years convergence even better.

Volunteer

Auction

There will be an auction of home-made goods as part of the Saturday evening entertainments.

If any of you have ever fancied yourselves as an auctioneer, please get in touch.  We will be providing a hammer!

We'll still have a raffle too but it will be a little shorter than previously :)

Childrens area

We have a kids' activities coordinator and a core team of helpers who are planning lots of great activities for kids (and their grownups!). If you can volunteer for a session or two please be in touch asap - we'll need to sort out your CRB check.

Cabaret acts

Do you have a song, a poem, a interesting 'thing' you feel the urge to do in front of 300 people? Go on, we dare you!

Budding videographers & photographers with kit – Please help us document workshops happening simultaneously. To maximise coverage, we are looking for crew to take filming shifts and we will also need multiple video cameras.

Cafe, reception, bookshop, arrivals

Spend an hour or two in reception - your help is much appreciated.

Donations and equipment

  • All terrain wheel chairs
  • Equipment – flip charts, projectors, screens, permaculture signs

Don't forget to bring!

  • Items for the raffle
  • Items you have made/produced for the auction

If you can help in any way, please contact Louise Cartwright our convergence co-ordinator this year – email [email protected]
