Being a Permaculture Ambassador involves actively promoting permaculture's story, and sharing information on the most in spiring projects and practises!
It's a great way of practising all sorts of useful skills and gaining confidence in using them. Our Permaculture Association team will support you in the role and help you to make a real impact with your actions!

Report on Permaculture! Do yo u enjoy writing, filming, recording audio , drawing or other ways of communicating ? Do you want to practise some of these skills? Then why not use your enthusiasm to share inspiring permaculture stories ! We are keen to share your content via our website, blog and social media channels. We will provide guidelines and support to help you produce content – all you have to do is find the way you most enjoy sharing your passion for permaculture!
Nominate a Permaculture Hero! Is there someone in your life who se positive impact inspires you so much , that you would like to celebrate them? Perhaps someone who runs a fantastic p roject in your area, or someone who taught you a lot about permaculture? Then you can nominate them as permaculture hero! Be creative in choosing a way to communicate why you are nominating them, and what they have contributed to the be nefit of people and the planet!
Share your ideas on the permaculture principles and ethics! Permaculture ethics and principles are great, because they are applicable to so many different life situations and really invite for reflection! We would love to hear your thoughts on permaculture principles and ethics, how y ou use them in your life, or where you (would like to) see them in practise !
Organise a local permaculture event or an event stall! Connecting with other people is a vital aspect of permaculture, so one of the most helpful things a Permaculture Ambassador can do is to bring people together to talk about permaculture ideas! Events can be large or small: They could be a presentation from a speaker, a skill - s hare event, or simply a conversation.
