WHAT IS THE EVENT WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY?

HOW IS THE BEST WAY TO GET THERE?
We strongly advise to use public transport. More information can be found HERE.
If you are driving, don't go alone, share your car with others! We set up a Facebook CARE SHARE GROUP to enable matching people up. Apologies to everyone who doesn't use Facebook, but at the moment we don't have resources to set this up otherwise. We’d be happy to copy and paste offers and requests on the group on your behalf. You are welcome to use other car sharing platforms.
ARE THERE ANY KIDS ACTIVITIES?
Parents and carers will be welcome to leave children aged 4+ at the children's space while they attend workshops. The children will be engaged in lots of fun activities and allowed space for free play in the outdoor spaces provided. We ask that any parent doing so also signs up to help out in the children's area for one session. Younger children will be welcome to join in with their parent or carer.
DO YOU TAKE VOLUNTEERS?
Yes, our event is powered solely by volunteers and we welcome your support. Get in touch via Messenger or contact form, tell us something about yourself and let us know your availability. We will reply as soon as we can to discuss your potential involvement.
Rubha Phoil also welcomes volunteers to help the site get ready for the event. You can find out more about volunteering with them HERE
