This year there are so many educational developments to share in with you, our educators,
facilitators and changemakers!
This day is open to anyone with an interest in permaculture education - from those new to permaculture through to experienced educators and senior diploma tutors, education members, or non-members, apprentices - all are welcome, including those working on curriculum and education in related sustainability fields and regenerative agriculture.

This year PAB is 40! We have a lot to celebrate, and we will be taking a proactive approach to documenting and showcasing the wonderul work you do as consultants, designers and changemakers!
This year we will shoot a promotional video for learning permaculture at the event, alongside multiple new and exciting areas of marketing news and strategy - all directed at supporting the reach of permaculture, and directly benefiting our education community.

Educators Gathering Programme
'Raising the Profile and Scaling up!'
The programme is being designed by you, our educators - with a mix of sessions led by educators and open space sessions where topics can be explored which come up on the day.
Would you like to hold a conversation around a new course theme, innovation in teaching, reaching a particular audience or another topic you are passionate or curious about?
We will have an 'open space' session where people can propose topics on the day and explore them with others who are interested. This space can also be used for digesting, connecting with each other, walking, talking or resting.

Timing
The event will formally begin at 9:30am. The formal sessions will finish at 6pm.
We encourage you to arrive the day before, with camping or dorm accommodation provided.
Location
The event will be at Lambourne End Outdoor Activity Centre, Essex. We will also offer attendance online so that as many international educators can join as possible, and tickets to follow. For in-person attendance, the Festival of Permaculture will begin the next morning after evening dinner and networking.
Ticket types and discounts
We will be offering tickets online and in person, which need to be bought separately from tickets to the Festival of Permaculture.
There is a 15% discount for education members (available in the members' area of the website) but you do not need to be an educator member to attend the day - just an interest in education work. There are 6 types of tickets on offer:

Day Ticket: Educator member in person, no accommodation* - £21.25 - Accessed via discount code

* Educator day tickets include two meals (breakfast and lunch). Breakfast is optional and served 8am to 9am before the Educators Gathering begins. Tea and Coffee are provided throughout the day.
** Educator tickets with accommodation include two meals (breakfast and lunch) and either camping or shared dorm accommodation for Thursday night ONLY and shower block/kitchen facilities. Tea and Coffee will be provided throughout the day.
