During this willow weaving workshop, you will make a beautiful garden trug for collecting your veggie harvest or storing your tools perhaps.

A slightly different twist on the garden trug that we usually do. You will learn how to make the handle from a wreath which is then attached to the rim using a “Gods Eye” weave. You will insert several ribs and also learn how to weave the willow to form the body of the basket. You will learn traditional weaving techniques to create a beautiful and strong basket.

A selection of willow colours will be available. This workshop is suitable for all levels. All tools and equipment will be provided. Places are limited to six participants and must be booked in advance
