Think like a Tree facilitator online programme (outside UK)

Turn your passion for nature into a career - the Think like a Tree network is expanding and we'd love you to join us.

Aims and Objectives:

The course aims to equip participants with skills and knowledge to be able to:

Teach the Think like a tree six-week programme in-person
Teach the programme in a three day (or other) format
Adapt the programme to specific client groups as required – eg children, young adults, corporate groups, specific needs groups, wellbeing practice, 1:1 sessions.

Prior experience:

Online course: you will need to demonstrate a significant amount of prior experience and/or training in facilitation.

Requirements:

A love of nature and the outdoors!
A personal commitment to conscious/sustainable living
A commitment to equal opportunities and inclusivity

Format (summary):

Complete a Think like a tree online programme (prior to the facilitator training weekend). Dates for this are February/March 2023
Portfolio part 1 (personal design)
Six half day facilitator’s training course (online via Zoom) May/June 2023
Portfolio part 2a (Questions and Answers)
Portfolio part 2b (2nd design - how you are going to bring Think like a Tree to the world.

Tutors: Sarah Spencer (founder of Think like a Tree and author of Think like a Tree: the natural principles guide to life) and Milly Carmichael

Please do not enquire about this course if you are in the UK/Northern Europe and could attend an in-person option. This course has been created to avoid the high carbon costs of flying to our courses. The only exception to this would be that you would be prevented from attending in-person due to reason of chronic illness or disability. Please contact us to discuss.
