Course summary

Permaculture is all about growing things together. But how can we create and maintain such mixed plantings? From annual vegetables and herbs to forest gardens and agroforestry, this course will give you the theory and practice of polycultures.

Most theory sessions will be held in the "Raven" community building. For practice and design sessions we will use a young forest garden, a mixed vegetable plot, an experimental 1 acre field, and the ecovillage Friland. The course is taught in English, and all plant names will be provided in Latin, English, Danish, and German.
