Permaculture Design Course in Central Portugal 2024

Full Permaculture Design Course with certificate. The course follows the PDC curriculum as set out by the UK Permaculture Association, and covers a wide range of subjects including self care, sustainable lifestyles, resilient food production, soil regeneration, appropiate technology, natural building, ecological landscape design, among others. Participants will also do a final design to consolidate and practice what they have learnt during the course.The course will take place on the Quinta Kania farm, above the spectacular Mondego valley, in Central Portugal, where the hosts, Kasia and Franz live and breathe permaculture. There will also be a trip to another local permaculture project.Theory blends with practical classes, and you will be able to see and experience for yourselves the many ways permaculture has been applied on the farm.
