Dates and times 10 Apr 11 More info Arrive on the 9th for 10th April start Cost $1600 international students $400 Palestinian residents Course summary Course participants will be part of the world-changing movement to “green the deserts” of the Middle East through the design principles of Permaculture — learning skills such as rainwater harvesting, food forest production, homescale gardening to maximize production on small acreages, and more. Participants will also have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the local culture trying traditional Palestinian food and touring the ancient Salfit area. This course also allows students to gain a greater understanding of the impact of the Israeli occupation in Palestine.
