(with Lunch) Course summary This ‘taster’ day will cover the origins, core ethics and principles of Permaculture, what it offers individuals and groups interested in environment and ecology. Natural systems can teach us to ‘design with ecology’, with the aim to develop long-term, high-yielding beneficial relationships. We will look at permaculture design examples and have a thought provoking interactive exercises. This course requires no previous knowledge; a keen interest in sustainable living and re-discovering Nature to help us help ourselves is all you need. This Course runs from 09.45 to 16.00 and includes lunch at a local public house. Claire White has a PAB Diploma in Applied Permaculture Design, teaches Permaculture Design and Forest Gardening and is chair of the London Permaculture Network.
