Make Your Own Herbal Remedies

Led by permaculture teachers and herbalists, we'll explore the site and surrounding forest on a guided herb walk - identifying, discussing and foraging for medicinal and edible plants (including some for lunch!).
Back at Hawkwood, we'll discuss the practice and theory of herbalism, and together we'll make
medicinal oils, salves and drinks for you to sample and take home.
This workshop will focus on seasonal flowers like St John's Wort, Yarrow and Calendula, and their benefits for skin and mood.
