Leeds Permaculture Design Course

Spread over 8 weekends, the course will look at a wide range of topics, specialising in designing skills and using permaculture techniques in your life. We include a mix of practicals, group work and visits.

So far we have visited Offshoots permaculture project in Burnley, Cobden Road, Bedford Fields forest garden, Cornerstone Housing Coop, Tim Harberds urban smallholding, Andy Goldring's terraced eco-retrofit house and samll garden, Paddock Farm in the Colne Valley, Old Slenningford in Ripon, Black Bark woodland site, Treesponsibility and Incredibel Edible Farm in Calderdale. We won't visit all of them all this time, but it will be an action packed programme...

We have a great team and with 9 PDCs under our belt in Leeds we can say it is just getting better every time!

If there is sufficient student interest we can also offer Open College network accreditation for the course.
