Course website http://www.sustainability-cen… Dates and times 17 Mar 18 2 Jun 18 More info Each day is 9.30 - 5.30pm Cost One weekend £135; both weekends £240 (see website for accom) Course summary Two weekend courses at the Sustainability Centre in Hampshire. Each weekend is themed to cover two seasons in the garden, with advice on sustainable and eco-friendly methods which can be used to set up and maintain an abundant food garden all year round. You can choose one or both weekends as the courses stand alone, but also compliment one another, covering the full gardener's year. Kitchen Gardening: Springtime 17-18th March 2018 This covers winter bed prep and planning, composting, mulching, selecting and sowing. Kitchen Gardening: Summertime 2-3rd June 2018 This covers growing polycultures, forest gardening, fruit trees, harvesting and storing. You can choose to camp or stay in the eco lodge or one of the beautiful yurts at the centre, or if not staying at the centre you can choose the 'offsite' rate and travel in each morning.
