Introduction to Permaculture

Learn the principles and ethics of Permaculture in the beautiful setting of Rifleman Cottage, a Permaculture Land project. There is a lot to see on the land and house, relevant for urban life too.

This experiential weekend will include a practical and a design activity, films, nature awareness games, straight forward slide shows, tours and great food.

Be empowered and inspired to face the challenges of climate and economic change with this ecological design system which helps us create robust, sustainable systems which could be seen as 'common sense'. This is an excellent foundation for anyone involved in Transition Towns.

Lifts available from Faversham train station (mainline to London).
Camping is an option. Rifleman Cottage offers B & B.
