Seeking practical solutions towards a more sustainable lifestyle?

Permaculture uses whole system thinking to consciously create productive environments that working with the diversity, stability and resilience of natural systems. With these methods we can design for abundance, enjoy better health and well being, and empower ourselves towards more sustainable choices.

On this two day course, we will cover:

  • the ethics and principles of permaculture
  • useful design methods
  • observation skills
  • practical examples of permaculture thinking
  • how to apply these techniques to design your own space
  • a practical design exercise

 

Our teaching style will be lively, participatory and thought provoking. We hope that you will come away empowered and inspired to create your own meaningful solutions.This course is at http://www.maidenlanece.org/

This is one of twelve introductory courses based at East London City Farms and Green peppers Orchard in Camden.
Each course will be lead by members of the London Permaculture Network.
