Course summary This course is suitable for beginners and experienced gardeners alike who want to develop their understanding of Forest Gardening to apply at home, allotment or community garden. The basics of Permaculture will be covered but the main focus of the day will be both theory and practicals around Forest Gardening. Concepts of design and implementation, natural systems and key plants for Forest Gardens. 'Working with nature' will be explored along with the opportunity to get muddy with a 'hands-on' project in the Centre grounds. This course runs from 09.45 to 16.00. Please bring a packed lunch.
