Fungi Foray

This fungi foraging session will be a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of wild mushrooms, in the safe hands of Jesper Launder (who has over 30 years experience foraging and eating wild mushrooms). Offering a great foundation of basic skills for the novice, there will be plenty of scope for the more seasoned forager to deepen their knowledge base. Expect a hearty, fun and deeply rewarding afternoon of all things mushroom, including insights into the many non-culinary uses of fungi. The session will be wrapped up with a sampling session of our edible wild finds.
