Full permaculture design course

Join us for our first fully residential Permaculture Design course here at Cynefin farm! Over 13 immersive days (12 days of study with a day rest break in between) we will enter deep into the world of permaculture and explore all of the different topics and processes that can help you on your way to changing your life based on the intelligence, patterns and principles found in the natural world.

WHERE
Cynefin Farm is a 7-acre permaculture project in the North Pembrokeshire national park, beside the mountains and the sea. The practical tasks on the course will be rich and varied, helping to develop the site and systems here and a great chance to get some practical experience.

YOUR TEACHERS
The course will be led by Nim Robins, a certified educator and permaculture assessment tutor with many years experience in teaching around the world at many different levels, and this will be the 7th PDC that she has taught to date. Alongside Nim there will be a variety of other guest teachers appearing throughout the course, bringing a variety of different specialisations and skills.

FAMILY FRIENDLY
As parents ourselves, we want to make this course as accessible to those with families as for individuals. So this course is slightly different - we are making the most of our fortunate location and creating a family campground alongside us so that we can invite course participants to bring along their families. The course content itself is designed for adults and follows the same content of a standard PDC, so parents are advised to bring along a second caregiver to spend time with the children whilst we are taking classes, and we can come together for evening meals, campfires, storytelling and other exciting evening sessions.
