ABOUT THE TUTOR
Sara has built clay ovens in back gardens and with school groups in school grounds. She remembers the first pizza she tried that was cooked in a clay oven as the best pizza she has ever eaten. Sara is an experienced Forest School Practitioner, a biologist by training (her PhD is in forest entomology) and is an Accredited Practitioner of the Institute for Outdoor Learning. She is also a volunteer Director of the Forest School Association. Sara says: "There is something about the simplicity of cooking in a clay oven, the wood, the fire, fresh air and good company that makes for a relaxed and enjoyable experience."
