Course summary

This is a very special and unique permaculture design course which is aimed at encouraging Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC) into permaculture.

The course is open to anyone, however, we have a few funded places to help people from Barking and Dagenham, Newham or Redbridge, who identify as BIPOC and who cannot afford to attend this course.

One of the aims of this course is to design and implement a forest garden in the Beacontre region of Dagenham, hence priority bursaries are for people local to this area who can continue this project beyond the course.

It is also possible to attend selected individual days if you cannot attend the full course.
This full course made up of 3 sections

14 days is the core certified permaculture design course (PDC)
10 days are hands on practicals where we will design and implement a real forest garden in Dagenham (this is free and optional)
6 days are for people who want to be part of a project to make a permaculture reggae album (this is free and optional) Dates for this will be confirmed with whoever is interested
