A simple way to evaluate the successes and challenges of your project is to discuss it as a group. This usually benefits from some thinking in advance – especially about the questions for discussion and the group processes you might use.
This stands for Plus, Minus and Interesting. It is an evaluation tool that enables you or your group to give a balanced evaluation of an issue or project.
Traditional but effective. There are lots of forms that questionnaires could take - in person interviews, written, or online.
