Course summary

This course was inspired by the BBC 2 Horizon programme aired recently on ALLERGIES.

This course is given by the founder of Well End Permaculture and includes his recipes for delicious sprouts, red cabbage and mixed salad with flowers, accompanied by hot, gluten free, chapatis. All cooked on his own design rocket stoves.

It is not fat that makes you fat. It is refined sugar.

We need to re-establish our connection with good bacteria and with the modern world and its sterilised milk, refined everything and chemically grown food we are all much more susceptible to obesity and allergies. This means we are ill.

There were authors in the past (Doctors) who claimed that allergies are caused simply by eating non organic food. Essential organisms are lost in conventional farming methods, and that includes conventional organic farming.
