Angus Soutar is the leading permaculture design consultant working with CommEnt CIC, based in the north west of England and also the Principal of the Northern School of Permaculture. Angus has been practising permaculture design since 1990 and teaching on the PDC since 1992, both at home and abroad. His PDC courses are accredited internationally by the Permaculture Research Institute. Angus was active with the PAB and the Diploma throughout the 1990's and he continues to support a select group of diploma apprentices, both at home and internationally.
