How does it work?

Complete the event booking form.

Send it off and we will set up online booking for your event. 

What payment methods can people use to book?

People can use debit or credit card or PayPal to pay.

You can also choose to offer payment later by cheque or on the door, but you'll need to follow up these payments yourself.

Can I set my own pricing?

Of course - and include things like earlybird offers or discounts.

How will people find out about my event?

We'll list the event on our website and promote it in the Permaculture Association members newsletter and on social media. Share the link to the online booking form in your own publicity.

How do I know who has booked?

You'll be notified of name and details immediately someone books. We can send you a full list of participants on demand, and we are working on giving event organisers direct access to participant bookings.

What does the service cost?

The Permaculture Association charges 7% of the total amount paid online by your participants. We will handle all the payment processing costs for card and PayPal payments so you will have no further charges to pay. We'll send the balance to your account within one month of the end of the event.
