Shift Bristol Twilight Talks - Ed Hamer - Community Supported Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Landworker's Alliance

Summary information

Don't miss our next Shift Twilight Talk - Ed Hamer will be discussing setting up and scaling up a CSA enterprise, as well as the roles CSAs can play in achieving Food Sovereignty in the UK. Ed set up Chagfood Community Market Garden, a thriving CSA in Devon. From six acres they supply 85 households with seasonal vegetable shares. In 2012 Ed co-founded the Landworker’s Alliance and we’ll hear about the policy work they have been doing post Brexit to support and protect the rights of small-scale producers around the UK. If you're interested in localisation, community food and grass roots action, come along!
