Get together for CSAs in the South East

Summary information

Why come?

Participants will meet other groups and exchange the stories of their projects and find practical help.
There will be a farm tour of the inspiring Tablehurst Farm.

We will discuss whether and how to set up a network for sharing help and support.

Programme

We encourage you to arrive on Friday if you can. There will be camping space available from 2pm, tea and cakes and arrivals from 4.00, some out door time on the farm, and a pub meal from 6.30. Come and join in as soon as you are able, or arrive on Saturday.

The programme on Saturday runs from 9.30 – 5.50 and includes case studies, meeting other CSAs, a farm tour of the inspirational Tablehurst and Plaw Hatch farms, and workshops with experts on hand.

Who should come?

Established and budding CSAs, particularly if you are in the SE or London. You may being several members of your group if you wish.

How much does it cost?

The event is free, including camping on Friday night and Saturday lunch. We will contribute £5 towards your meal if you eat in the pub with us on Friday night. You will have to book and pay for any other accommodation or meals yourselves. There is a £25 deposit, which we return when you come.
