Autumn Yoga And Nature Retreat, 15-17 September

Would you like a retreat for just £200 (early bird 9 June)? Immerse yourself in yoga and explore nature in the quiet and wild landscape of Dartmoor and beautiful grounds of High Heathercombe. Mornings will be dedicated to yoga – including pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, yoga nidra (deep relaxation) and walking meditation. After lunch, we will enjoy walking in the surrounding grounds, forest and moorland. We will take time to forage for wild food including looking for edible plants in Heathercombe’s permaculture food forest and wild berries, nuts and roots.

In the evenings we will enjoy time around an outdoor fire (weather permitting) including outdoor cooking, sharing (bring a story, instrument) and meditation.

Food will be vegetarian and organic, dietary needs catered for. Accommodation is in shared rooms with some single room availability.

£225 for bed in bunk bedroom/camping (bring own equipment)
£250 for single in one of bunk bedrooms (limited availability)
Early bird discount £25 if paid by 9 June. £100 deposit to secure place & this discount
