Hello, my name is Cinzia and I am a permaculture educator.

Along with my husband Steve, we bought a 2 acre property which was mainly laid to grass and has a number of outbuildings at the end of 2020.

I joined the Permaculture Association in 2021 to follow a pathway of study from introduction to diploma. That is the current plan, anyway.

I work as a grower for Vallis Veg, a permaculture-inspired small farm in Frome Somerset. Main focus is a local veg box scheme. Also trees, orchards, nuts, livestock, water management.

Chris lives at Applewood Permaculture Centre with his partner Looby and children Shanti and Teya. He has taught permaculture in the UK, Europe, Nepal, India, U.S.A. and Mexico.

Biography:
Originally a scientist by training, I evolved into a writer and then became a project manager in eco house construction.

Completed Patrick Whitefield'd design course in June 2011.

Started the diploma in the Autumn of 2011 - expecting to accredit in Spring 2016.

We are Black Isle Permaculture & Arts (BIPA), an ecological household, garden and woodland on the beautiful Black Isle, 13km north of Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland.
