Sunny Hill, association for sustainable culture of living is small community situated in hilly area

above slovene adriatic coast. On their permaculture garden they produce 80% of their vegetable

consumption and they are aiming for more. Their 200 years old traditional building was fully

renovated in 2016 and exhibits sustainable solutions such as compost toilets, reedbeds and clay

plasters. The venue hosts courses and workshops occasionally and caters locally produced

vegetarian food.
