Dates and times 20 Mar 16 More info 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Cost £35 (plus £5 for materials, payable on the day) Course summary Make a beautiful willow garden plant climber or trellis panel to take home with you. Celebrate the coming of spring by learning how to make these unique natural supports for climbing flowers and vegetables, such as clematis, sweet peas and runner beans. We will be working with colourful willow varieties coppiced from the Denmark Farm wetland system during the Willow Management and Coppicing day on Saturday 19th March 2016. All willow and a number of tools such as secateurs, knives will be provided for your use. If you have your own secateurs and a sharpish knife, please bring them along. Please wear waterproof and warm old clothing as we will be working outside whatever the weather. On Saturday 19th March there will be a Willow Management and Coppicing Day which is free to participate in. For everyone who participates in both events there is a £10 discount on the willow garden plant climbers weaving workshop.
