What will you learn?
‘The Heart of a Mentor’ training is a unique experience that will empower you not only to design and lead permaculture design courses but use these unique methods to facilitate many other topics.
We share our experience based on facilitation skills and methods to inspire and support new teaching initiatives.
During the course we will be focusing on the tools & techniques that will enable you to design effective learning resources and deliver internationally recognised Permaculture Design Courses.
Who is this training for?
This “Teacher Training” is for any person that has a deep commitment to lead transitional educational experience on this topic.
PDC holders, teachers, mentors, group leaders, social workers, gardeners, landscape designers, permaculturist.
If you feel that it is important to share our skills and knowledge with others and have an interest in unique educational experiences, then you are welcome to join our community of educators.
By the end of this journey you will have all the necessary skills to design, promote and convene courses, and will learn how to inspire future learners to create real change.
In this five-day intensive training we will be sharing, applying and practising different methods, techniques and group dynamics in the spirit of ‘learning by doing’.
At the end of the course we accomplish a group exercise that is the practical base of the certification.
