Course summary

PRI accredited PDC Manchester/North Cheshire

This course will be the usual twelve days, spread over autumn 2016 into spring 2017. The programme is designed to help you deal with the complexities of modern life, whether you are in an urban or sub-urban setting, or in a rural location. The course is open to all, regardless of any previous experience or literacy levels. We will follow the international guidelines to cover the course syllabus in full, and those completing will receive an internationally-recognised certificate from the Permaculture Research Institute.

The course content has a wide and flexible application, not only in home-based settings but also for those wishing to apply permaculture design within their business or career. We aim to provide you with the tools to enhance and facilitate community-based projects of all kinds, including Transition Towns and Incredible Edible initiatives.

Please see the Northern School website for more details.
