Cost 450€ / £320 Early bird discount All inclusive one week Course summary During this fun filled practical week we focus on specific methods and techniques used in Permaculture which enable people to apply their skills and gain hands on experience. (We are based in a Mediterranean climate context but skills can be used across the board). There will be daily theory sessions to set the stage for each activity and different practical sessions each day. This experience will give you the confidence to practice these methods and apply them to your own projects with ease. We will tailor the activities to the needs and preferences of the group, but they can include setting up a food production system, making compost and beneficial micro-organisms, seed saving, natural building, earthworks, food storage methods and much much more! You will also have plenty of opportunities to engage with others and experience all the things that form part of life on a Permaculture farm. We recommend that participants complete a PDC beforehand as it provides the background knowledge to understand the applied practices. Although the course is also available to those who are interested in Permaculture and would like to get a taste of it.
