Dates and times 7 Jul 21 More info 6.30 to 8pm There is another session is on Wednesday 14th 6.30 to 8pm Cost £12 Course summary Evening Permaculture Principles walk around the Abbey Physic Community Garden A wonderful opportunity to send time in the beautiful community garden exploring Nature's Wisdom through permaculture principles. For example 'Edge'. I don't think I have ever been in a garden with so much edge with people and Land. There are at least 20 small gardens (I have not counted yet) each bordering on each other. These edges are very interesting to the permaculture eye having the benefits of each garden. There is a sculptural dead hedge on the edge of the new moon garden which creates a beautiful habitat for all sorts of creates as well as a backdrop with moon windows in and out of the adjacent spaces. Of course it was made with waste products from the garden. Waste is an unused resource, another principle. This place is dripping in Permaculture Principles. This will be a mini introduction to Permaculture for those new to it and a refresher for those already interested. We will include a forage and learn about different techniques. When: Two Wednesday evenings July 7th and 14th 6.30 to 8pm. Each week we will deep dive with two permaulture principles exploring Natural Wisdom. We will cover many more. If for any reason we cannot do this live we will do it online.
