A two-week comprehensive Permaculture Design Course. We will cover all the topics in the core curriculum for the 72 hours course including the permaculture principles, design practices and their application, soil, water, built environment, plants and trees, growing food, with a particular focus on permaculture in community.
Findhorn is a fantastic place to study permacutlure as it is a full-featured permaculture settlement - you can see all aspects of the curriculum living and breathing here on site, so fantastic for kinaesthetic and visual learners! We will see and learn about many types of eco-buildings, food forests, every style of composting (from biochar to wormeries to hot compost), tree planting, ecosystem restoration, growing food on a personal and a community scale, social and personal permaculture and much more!
